Ein Wein mit ausbalanciertem Geschmack und zarter Struktur.

Der Feudi di San Gregorio Rubrato Aglianico 2018 präsentiert sich im Glas in intensivem und klarem Rubinrot. Am Bukett sind die charakteristischen Aromen des Aglianicos zu erkennen, mit Noten von dunklen Früchten und Waldbeeren, Lakritz und Unterholz. Am Gaumen offenbart der Wein eine zarte Struktur, einen ausbalancierten Geschmack und einen Nachhall, der delikat aromatische Noten von frischem Obst und eine sanfte balsamischen Note enthüllt.

Speisenbegleitung

Der Rubrato Aglianico ist ein optimaler Begleiter zu gereiftem Käse sowie Gerichten mit Lamm oder Kaninchen.
