Mit einem jährlichen Ausstoß von einer Million Flaschen ist die Kellerei in der Provinz Siena der größte private Erzeuger für Vino Nobile.

"Was 1978 als önologisches Projekt mit unsicherem Ausgang gestartet wurde, ist heute, über 30 Jahre später, eine der wichtigsten Kellereien von Montepulciano und des gesamten italienischen Weinbaus." Gambero Rosso.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Silineo DOCG 2017: Dieser Wein überzeugt Kenner und Kritiker mit seinem herrlich duftigen und fruchtigem Bukett. Im Geschmack erinnert er an Kirschen mit einer feinen vanillig-würzigen Komponente. Fast wie Kirschmarmelade. Geschliffene Tannine betonen die Harmonie der Aromen im Wein.

Speiseempfehlung.

Vielfältigkeit steht hier an der Tagesordnung! Fleisch dunkel, Gegrilltes, gut gereifter Käse und natürlich dürfen die italienischen Klassiker, die man auf der ganzen Welt schätzt, nicht fehlen: Pizza, Pasta und Co.!

Da die Fattoria del Cerro auch über 13 Hektar Olivenhaine verfügt, wird hier auch Olivenöl Extra Vergine produziert.
