Lo Sparviere Franciacorta Extra Brut DOCG 2012 wird aus Chardonnay vinifiziert. Verantwortlich zeichnet sich Lo Sparviere aus Monticelli Brusati in der Lombardei. Der Alkoholgehalt beträgt 12.5% Vol. und die beste Trinktemperatur liegt zwischen 8 - 10°C.
